4. Tutor and Student Responsibilities
4.1 For Tutors:

- Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with Users.
- Deliver high-quality tutoring services as agreed upon with Users.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 For Users (Students/Parents):
- Provide accurate and truthful information regarding learning needs and expectations.
- Treat Tutors with professionalism and respect.
- Make timely payments for services rendered.
- Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for in-person sessions.
5. Payments and Fees
Myteacherconnect facilitates payment processing for tutoring services. Users agree to pay the fees specified by the Tutors for their services. Myteacherconnect may charge a service fee to either Users, Tutors, or both, which will be clearly communicated. All payments are processed securely through our platform.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by individual Tutors and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Refund requests will be handled in accordance with the specific cancellation policy and Myteacherconnect's dispute resolution process.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Interfere with the proper working of the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not endorse any Tutor or User and make no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the services provided by Tutors or the information provided by Users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myteacherconnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myteacherconnect and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
